4115_Bates County Bridge Replacement pile driving

                                          7:46am: Arrived on site and inspected forms built to set pile in its perspective places. Measured pile placement from string line that was set up at fill face.

                                           9:17am: Drilling crew arrived and set up at bent 1

                                           10:45am: Continue to place pile at bent 1 

                                           11:55am: Start driving pile at bent 2

3:00pm: completed pile driving at bent 2. Proposed pile to be placed into the ground per plans was 480'

Pile driven into the ground was 202' Change order #1 deduction of pile.
